GTA
MVP BASEBALL
MADDEN

NBA Live is about the same as NHL I believe as the easiest.
Madden is difficult I believe, MVP i think is easy.
For nfs and gta you need to know 3d modelling and texturing, something that isnt the easiest to learn.

Ive never modified these games except nba live but I prefer nba live is the easiest for now
