Does anyone find it extremely easy to build a championship contender in NBA Live.

I started out with the Knicks and in 3 years I had a championship, then signed on with Sacramento and in 4 years I had 3 rings. Then Took over Dallas and in 6 years I have four rings. Now I am being covetted again by the Knicks but I find it so easy to build a championship contender just by trading away all my guys and signing all the FA's to make an all-star team in one season.

Anyone else find it this easy?

i don't find it too easy. actually, i'm not very good at this so i have to struggle to win most games on "all-star" difficulty.

but i guess it's more realistic when you don't exploit the ai during trades and get a stacked team. even though my team is sorta stacked i still lose often.

I've found it fairly easy with a lot of practice.

It usually is just time taking for me, it takes about 3 years for me to get a good starting lineup that's dependable and young.
as I look at life through my rear view, i see all the potholes i had to steer through.

Obviously it helps to be able to assemble a powerful team but individual user skill goes a long way in creating a championship team, since you can usually compensate for weaknesses that would ultimately prevent the real team from winning a championship. If nothing else, you can resort to some cheesier tactics if you're desperate to win and overachieve with the team you've selected.

It all depends, are you simulating all the games or are you playing all of them? And what difficulty are you playing on? If you are playing on all-star or something lower then that, maybe taking it to the next level will make it harder for you to win championships. I started one dynasty on all-star and won back to back championships with the Timberwolves without making any trades, and then when I changed it to superstar I did terrible. ;)

Seems like even playing on Superstar I still dominate. I have a decent lineup, nothing fantastic, but I seem to always win when I play. Dunno if that's just me but it seems too easy with a decent lineup., as far as winning goes.

I have a hard time winning a championship and i have some really good players
I mix up some younger players and veterans. I have Lebron a SG who is a cross between Rip Hamilton and Kobe. Then I have a PG who plays alot like Kidd. I have Oden at center and am on season 2014-2015 Season. I simulate most of the games but plays some of them.

With that lineup, you must not have a good chemistry considering the fact that you're simulating.
