bro Arthas86, i think Spaky is just making draftees portraits like the thread's title.
If you want your player list above to be made, i think you should ask Bask to do it..He's awesome on making portraits.
But unfortunately he will start patching on the end of june so, just wait

nice portraits man, but one suggestion though, try to make the neck longer and not to stretch the photos 
True Lakers wear blue and gold.
... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.
That being said, we only have 5 existing players in the league who are ‘THICK’ builds:
Glen Davis
Shaquille O’Neal
Eddy Curry
Jerome James
Michael Sweetney
Workaround: Don’t put a ‘THICK’ build created player OR one of the above players on the Bobcats or Thunder and the game won’t crash.
... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.

Yes I'm planning to create portraits for all draftees and for some NBA players also. If I have time then maybe(only maybe) I will create TPU 08, looks like Joker is finished his work, but in my opinion we need new portraits so maybe I will make it.

Ok guys I will start TPU 08! Just like Joker I will make portraits from Atlanta to Washington. It should be difficult, but in my opinion I will finish all 30 teams in this summer. So here is first official preview of my TPU 08 project - Atlanta Hawks. Some portraits looks very similiar with Joker's, but I promise that I won't use any of his work. After draft I will also create portraits for draftees so stay tuned!
