Changing Assistant and Other Staff Ratings?

I thought I saw someone mention this somewhere, but I couldn't find it, so apologies if this is already around.

I would like to change the ratings of my staff, obviously through .dbf editing. Mostly the assistant, but if I could change the scout and asst. head coach that wouldn't hurt either. Has anyone done this?

The main thing I'm worried about is that I'm using the $500 mil. cap space edit, and when dbf editing players, this causes the game to crash when entering the assistant to train. I don't know if this will affect this or not, but I'll try a practice dynasty to see if someone knows of a tutorial or simply can explain how to edit the staff!

I'm not sure if there are any issues but you can certainly change the ratings, which are as follows:

0: A+
1: A
2: A-
3: B+
4: B
5: B-
6: C
7: C-
8: D+
9: D
10: D-

I'd recommend waiting until all your staff have no assignments before making any changes.

I can't check now, but is it staff.dbf or something of the sort?

That's right, it's staff.dbf. It will only appear in the save folder of a Dynasty game, not a roster save.
