When I first saw that they implemented training camps on here, I was like aww man they really are takin it to the next level!! But when I used them, I noticed that they barely work. I donno if I am adjustin the sliders wrong, and I should focus 100% of one thing, such as offense defense shooting or conditioning...or if i should balance em out. I have tried both, doin 100% on offense once, and one time i did likt 35 25 25 15, and it still barely affected the players. Usually, some players may gain one point in ratings, which is not noticeable at all during gameplay, and many players lost 1 or 2 points in other categories. I think they tried doin somethin different by puttin in training camps, but it doesn't even do much.
Also, when you gain points during the season and you can either do a team workout or individual workout, the results suck there too.
