That being said, we only have 5 existing players in the league who are ‘THICK’ builds:
Glen Davis
Shaquille O’Neal
Eddy Curry
Jerome James
Michael Sweetney
Workaround: Don’t put a ‘THICK’ build created player OR one of the above players on the Bobcats or Thunder and the game won’t crash.

I would also like to know this
Right now, the maximum amount of shoes you can have is 999. You probably have real shoes patch installed so you have to replace one of those shoes... Just open sh001 or whatever you want with FshX and import the picture. To get EVERYTHING right though, you need to create a new preview pic (I don't know how) and change the shoes name in shoeacc.dbf.

just like Kremsku explained...if you have the Real Shoes Patch just open the .fsh in the sgsm folder (for example sh001.fsh) and import the picture with FshX...
and about the the previews in the edit player screen, i really don't know... try asking xiaoju...
