CPU don't use timeouts smartly

Whenever the game is crucial, (4TH QTR), CPU don't use their timeouts, they inbound the ball from the other end of the court. CPU don't waste time when they are leading by big points. SORRY for my bad english. Can somebody make a fix for this? Thanks.

I don't know how we'd go about fixing that with an unofficial patch, I don't think anyone's found a way to edit logic/AI like that.
