The Pistons just evened the series but the way the series has gone so far, it wouldn't surprise me if they do split the next two games and the series goes to seven. I wouldn't have thought it even after the Sixers took the first game but now it seems quite possible that the series will go the distance.

I think the Pistons will take it in 6. good competitive series, but the Pistons are just more complete as a team. I'll still root for Philly, but unless they got this game too, I don't see them winning another game in Detroit

Man, up 10 at the half, and they still lost. Has anybody seen Andre Iguodala? If you have please tell him his team is playing a very important series.

He's hanging out with his mentor, half-man half-invisible Vince Carter.

The fock!?! Just saw the boxscores of every game in the series, with the exception of game 1, Andre Iguodala's contributions are almost non-existent in the series compared to what he's supposed to do or have done in the regular season. :x
Even Thaddeus Young is contributing more than him.
Didn't Iguodala opt out of an extension, what the fock is he doing, I doubt he wants to stay in Philly with his invisible act in the series.

Surprised also that the Sixers won some games without the assist numbers I expect from Andre Miller.

I thought you were a Sixers fan. Your team's success is less important than your prediction?

I am. My prediction is/was Pistons in 6. I was hoping that it would change with a Sixers' win yesterday.

So Iggy finally showed up...and the rest of the team played like crap :x I'm expecting a really close game 6. It'll be awesome, we'll get to see how this team plays with their backs against the wall.

Pistons are up by 18 at the end of the third. I suppose it's never over until it's over but it looks like the Sixers' time is up.

Up 29 actually. The Sixers were never going to win this series; but this is just pathetic!

Ugh, I meant 28 in that previous post. But speaking of 18, that's how many field goals the Sixers have with just over nine minutes left in the game. So much for Detroit making things difficult for themselves.

I'm starting to wonder if the Magic actually have a good chance against the Pistons and Celtics (assuming Boston doesn't let that series slip away). Not to read too much into the losses but if teams like the Hawks and Sixers can take a couple of games from the Celtics and Pistons respectively with a supreme effort, perhaps it's too early to count Orlando out and bank on a Celtics/Pistons conference finals.

It does. Assists = making your teammates better.
It's just my Andre Miller boner that's why I want to see him with inflated stats.

As Drex said, it's good while it lasted.
It's good thing to know that there is something good from this season that could be used in building for the future of this team. Whether it be playoff experience or an increase in trade value of the players because of what they showed in the playoffs.
