Bring back the boxscores. Its easier and it looks a lot better. Some rich text would be nice also to balance out the recaps as well, but just bring back the boxscores, and your recaps will look pretty good.

The Knicks get ready to rumble! The dynasty has just started with newly acquired FA P. Ewing (67 OVR).
The roster stands at 15.

ROSTER

TRAINING CAMP

Before the season opener the Knicks attended a special training camp. Veteran Patrick Ewing advised the player coach to put the emphasis on defense. Uncontent with the current defensive skills Ewing said that tight D must come back to New York City.

Both Eddie Curry and Zach Randolph - known for their lack of defense - practiced hard but could not improve much.
In contrast to this, youngster Mardy Collins' effort and hard work payed off. He was able to improve nicely.

Thanks. My graphics card? I play with high settings, not even maximum settings. I bought my PC in 2004... 3.2 ghz, 1 GB ram, ATI Radeon 9600 128 MB ram...it is old and slow.

It can only run Colin McRae Rally 2005 with low settings.

Well, nevertheless, your graphics look better than those in most dynasties. Maybe Live 07 and 08 just have shit graphics.

I don't think so. Maybe it is the way a screenshot is taken. I do not click on the camera icon within Live but press "print screen"...and paste the fullscreen screenshot into my graphic software. I reduce it from 1024x768 to 640x480 and save it. I cannot even click on the camera icon because the toolbar would be visible on the screenshot. Must be a bug...it was different in Live 2003.

Tough losses to star off, but it's always difficult with such a roster. At least Marbury is gone.

What is Curry's Rebound rating on your roster? In real life he only averages 5 a night (6-7 in his best seasons).

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

I will discontinue this dynasty and

=> start a Suns dynasty with the same sliders to see if my weak performance was due to my sliders OR the team.

=> in case of the sliders I will restart my Knicks-dynasty with adjusted sliders

=> if it's the team and not the sliders I will continue with this current dynasty with a 0-5 record.

I hope its option 3. Dynasties that start out 0-5 are the best. I love the uphill struggle. Even if it is the sliders, I would continue with the 0-5 record (you have done a lot of work) and keep going with new ones.

Just keep trying man, you'll get a win soon. I just finished reading this and it is pretty solid. I started my dynasty 1-4, and now I'm 18-11. I say just keep playing games, and if things just getting ridiculous like you are 0-22, then maybe restart. Talk to like Jonthefone who also had a Live 05 dynasty, maybe he can help with sliders. Maybe Andrew as well..

It's all about practice. It took me ages to get used to Superstar, but then the game got too easy using my slider set (beating the Spurs by 20 at half-time), so I had to do some serious slider twiddling to pull it down.

I might resume my dynasty, only with a sim to the end of season. Once I finish the playoffs, it'll be officially over.
