Creating New Team and Adding it ingame.. Help!!!

Sorry for that threat guys, but i really want to start a new project.. Can someone tell me how to creat new team..and add it in game without replace the others.. I mean Can i create AND1 team.. With all the jerseys, players, portaits, logos..? I really need some info..pls
