a batch file would be nice, but it would still mess up team gears already ppl have. does ne 1 no a awnser to my question, all i want is just east and west only?

CTOWN2008, have you already tried Mr.Aar's all-star jersey with fixed teamgear.dbf?

i fixed the teamgear.dbf, so it works for me now...

using that teamgear.dbf.. can i edit now the allstar roster without crash??? i've no problem in playing allstar game... but when i try to edit the players in allstar roster under "edit player"... the game crash even before the player shows up...

vhan, i think its just because of editing the teamgear.dbf,making it classic instead of present...but i'll try to fix that... :wink:

im using drew lastest roster, and by doing some test, if you scroll through some teams, there are jerseys there with blank spots, that are not in my game, which can cause i a crash, every 1 teamgear is diffrent, thats y i was asking just for the 2 id numbers for the jerseys, i dont want the prac and all that just the 2 regular east and west for 08, ill just back my team gear up and go through 1 by 1

the surnames will be like this for only 'edit player' option,...

i fixed the edit player for the all-star teams....

for someone who only wants the 08 all-star jerseys
not including the alternate and pratice jerseys...
(for us to fix the edit player bug)

for someone who wants to include complete set of Mr.Aar Jerseys
(you cannot edit the all-star teams or your game will crash...)

good thing i back up my teamgear.dbf, because this labling of teamgear is all wrong, and i still dont have the new all star jerseys, can some 1 just make 2 simple allstar jerseys east and west, without having to go through all this trouble, of a team gear! :evil:

Why are you angry when we are all trying to do stuff for you?

Also, you are supposed to backup whenever you install a patch. It's not really a "good thing". It is your responsibility.

Everyone has a different roster. My suggestion is that, upload your teamgear.dbf and let me (or others) fix it for you.

But remember, everyone's original "teamgear.dbf" (before installing the jerseys) are different. If you can edit it yourself (like I did), I guarantee that it works 95%, given that you did not miss a step, or that any accident occurred.

There are Alby's, SGPF's, GPF's, Webber's, EA's, your self-edited teamgear.dbf. Do you think we can make the teamgear.dbf for all versions? No...

look cKal, firsrt of all i appreciate everything you and bally wrote and done for me, but im angry because i have had to install this game 6 times fresh install!, i have spent countless HOURS!, trying to get patches and combining them to make live 08 ( since ) it is the last official release, a good 1, and i have done that, only thing i dont have are the jerseys, so with that i apprciate it but no thx, you dont know how much time i have put into nbalive to get it where i have it,i did a fresh install 1 time for alby's rosters, followed everything he's read me said, and it still crashed several times!, cant be my processor or my vid card since i run a 8600 gts super clocked nvdia, dual core 4200+, so that tells me its certain patches causing conflicts, and thats y i upset, but never the less, im using drews roster as the base, and i have so far successful installed just about every mod on this site, cept for a few, and there are all stand alone!. so thx again.

if i use 2x resolution for the jerseys what court patches,sweat patch,arms,could work well with mr. aar's jerseys?'coz now i'm using lagoas courts,2x sweat patch,2x arms,kremsku's accesories..thanks :wink:
