you are definitely becoming one of my favorite new guys urh28... great balance on both bhed and .ebo editing skills... (Y)

regarding the facial expression when making a player, base him on pics wherein they are in their relaxed/laid back state as much as possible... that being said, looking at your base pics... that scola of yours is actually looking mint already as it is, keep it up... :wink:

i don't understand ULTRAnix,, this guy is not releasing balls is he? he's creating cf patches.. am i wrong? if you do not want people to use your patches, such as your balls, i guess there is no reason to release them.. IMHO..

I think you should read carefully this entire thread before accusing urh28... he's working on cyberfaces, not on the ball. I'm sure you understand that now, and maybe apologize with him for the misunderstanding

@ urh28: try to crop your preview closer to the face, so they look more accurate and there is no space for misunderstanding

anyway, great job so far... you surely have the skills to edit cyberfaces (Y)

CF patch = CyberFace patch... he's not releasing the ball... so i should be banned because i use LAGOA's court in my screens? or i'm using kremsku's and z_dize's accessories? i don't get your point :wink:

I used the ball (which UltraNIX said that's his) since live 07,and I don't remember where I got the patch.
I had never used anyone's ball as a base to edit.
So,if the ball is really UltraNIX's,I'm sorry but the ball is so good. (Y)

But as they said,I'm not releasing balls,I'm working on cyberfaces.

The "Free Agent" Scola (with headband) somehow looks more like him than others... Altogether it's a good face.

I didn't accuse urh28 for releasing/using my ball. i only wanted to know the people, who "modified" my ball. that's it. so in order that guy would be punished for playing against the rules. i have nothing against this cyberface patch, i just wanted to know whose ball it is, because it seems to me that mine is used as a base and only some logos are replaced. that's what i wanted. that's the point, as you stated, that the ball is so good, and some bum comes in, replaces some logos and takes the work as HIS.

First of all, I dont understand UltraNIX either.. this wonderful guy, urh28 is making cyberfaces man... he's not gonna apply anything to your ball. I thought the purpose of making patches was so that we can share quality work to other people so we all got a better NBA LIVE experience.

I think that issue is settled by now so let's get off that topic...

Now to Scola

He's looking better, I haven't browse in your thread for a couple of days and Scola is now :shock:

and I'm also :shock:

. He looks way better with bigger eyes. Just keep up what you're doing and try to spot the not on his face and we will all have a perfect Scola in our game :!:

In fact I like the ball because it has very good lighting effect.
It makes the ball become more realistic.
I had compared the ball with yours in your article ":: Beijing 2008 :: WIP :: 02-10 :: New screens :: p3",
and I think the ball I used has better lighting effect than yours.
In fact the logo of ball is slanting, if someone can adjust it and also with better lighting effect, I certainly will not use the ball that will cause a controversy again… :doh:

first of all, thank you for the clarification ULTRAnix, just want to remind you to carefully think of your thoughts first before posting to avoid misunderstanding,, the fact that your post reads "this guy", with no name, identification or description depicts that you're pertaining to URH28.. which is why such reactions were drawn from a number of "new generation" patchmakers in the forum.. but anyways,, let's move on with Scola as he is the real deal in this thread.

in my article of Beijing, i don't use my spalding ball which i made for live 2007, because it's SPALDING brand. in Fiba games, the MOLTEN ball is used, which should be prepared. what you see in my Beijing thread, is the default EA Sports ball. for the better reference of my SPALDING ball - take a look :: HERE ::

and your ball looks so great,it's better than I used now.

PS.I've found out several Scola's pics of higher res,so I update the cyberface again…
I'm so excited because my Scola's cyberface becomes better and is almost completed.

But I think his eyes still need to adjust.

Can I make a little suggestions?
two areas where I think you can improve:

1. his right eyes, (left eyes from our perspective) is pointing towards the nose man... you gotta align his right eyes, it's looking at the wrong way :wink:

2. Make his beard and sideburns thicker.. I know he shave it regularly but most of the time he's got a thicker beard than you've got. In other words, his beard grew in two days. heh heh :twisted:

The version before you updated it, your Scola got a thick sideburns... stick to that bro, in real life he still got a thick sideburns..

Other than that just keep doing what you're doing. You're on your way to making the best Scola ever !!! [and he's a very difficult player to do]
