Basketball leagues!

Hey I am new around here and don`t know much about the patches that you are having here but...

Can you please tell me is there a patch for NBA LIVE 08 or 07 where is some alternate league...For example : patch which includes NCAA league, Euroleague or some other league?? And if there is then can you please give me the link so I could download it!
