MVP chants

I know I'm probably going to get flammed for this because you won't believe me and I'm a new member... but I'll tell you guys anyway.

I was playing a Dynasty and in my 3rd game I had a triple double with my created player (yea I know it's cheating but I'm the Knicks). Anyway, in the last two minutes whenever my guy touched the ball the Garden was chanting "MVP, MVP"

It was awesome and totally caught me off guard, I had to listen again for it the next time he had the ball.

If you don't believe me just try it before you start calling me a liar. I've been playing since "Lakers vrs Celtics and the NBA playoffs" was out on Genesis and I know a lot of you guys have been too.

They have a "KOBE" chant as well. Very nice touch! Sac has cowbells and they boo the home team if they are losing. Very nice ambience touches by EA!

These things may be little but add a lot to the realism factor. I give EA another (y)

I love this game. I love how they paid attention to detail with each home-court. When you add that to Marv and Mike, you really get a wonderful experience.

I am guessing they chanted MVP because he is created. It's just like saying "Number 3 for two" it's the generic chant. Kobe has his TMac has his I bet there is a LeBron or Vince chant maybe a KG this is great.

I was going to start a thread about this topic but also thought that I was going to get flammed on as well. I was playing with the Magic and T-mac was killing...........the Hawks...LOL. But at the end of the game everytime Mac touched the ball and scored they chanted MVP. I thought it was Awesome. T-mac had 48pts 13 Rebs 4 Assists (why pass when your dominating) and 0 turnovers. I think it is a bonus in the game when your player is doing well. Cool feature though.

there is also a Kidd chant. I was gettin smoked by New Jersey and the crowd started chanting "KIDD! KIDD! KIDD!"

Just to add another one - the fans chant "Yao, Yao" when he is doing well.

Not something the real Rockets fans do now, but it is definitely a cool touch. I absolutely love the game. Huge improvement over last year IMO

He's leading in scoring by far tho - -;;.
Tmac is the top mvp candidate tho since he averages triple doubles.

Cool, do they boo a player on the opposing team if they are killing the home team?
It would be cool to have a confidence rating, the rookies would have a low and veterans could have a high rating, so whn fans start booing, if their confidence is low, then they start to play crap, but if it's high, they still play at the same level, if not better (to spite the fans)
