I have Andrew\s roster. There are plenty of free agents. But when i make dynasty a few players dont show up when I go to sign them every time. Like Wagner. Help!

The game automatically prunes the lower rated free agents when you start a new Dynasty game.

And that means i cant put them on my team?

Correct. There's a few players I could remove from the Free Agent pool, I'll have to look at doing that for v1.05. If you want to do that yourself, you need to open players.dbf with DB Commander, locate the player you wish to remove from the active rosters and change their TEAM from 50 (Free Agents) to 32 (Retired).

Do not delete any rows in the database if you wish to remove players, it just leads to other issues. Setting their TEAM value to 32 will get the job done.

But the players that the game prunes out there is no way of signing them?

No, they are removed from the database along with players in the Legends Pool, Decade All-Stars and default All-Star teams (as well as anyone who's been placed on Team 32 in the database) and no longer appear in the database. Therefore, they cannot be signed.
