You're going to give me shite just like what the Patriots gave the Giants.
A shitty effort.

I forgot about the Cavs. There'd be a bit of a logjam with Gibson and West though Cassell's experience would probably earn him some key minutes here and there. Doesn't look like it's going to happen though.

Cassell to sign with the Celtics as expected when he clears waivers today.

"He's still going to sign with the Celtics. The only unknown is if some team claims him off waivers. But I consider that to be highly unlikely."

Sounds like a done deal.

He's now cleared waivers so it appears imminent. I guess it now remains to be seen how his wrist is holding up.

It's official. Supposedly he may make his debut before PJ Brown and will be available as early as the Celtics' game against the Bulls, so perhaps his wrist won't be an issue.

1. i am glad that he is with the team now

2. its easier to just put a link up instead of copying the entire article

3. at least put some of your own words into a post

4. its my opinion that the celts are good enough to win home court without the help of cassell or brown so making sure they are in shape, healthy, and ready to help make the push is the most important thing. if we dont see brown for another 2 weeks i am still happy with the signing

The best thing about moves like the ones the Celtics made is that there's really no downside. On paper they would appear to be good additions but even without Cassell and Brown, the Celtics' prospects look pretty good and there's no big long term financial commitment to be concerned about so there's virtually no risk.

Sam Cassell "made KG an MVP". (Cassell's words, not mine)
With Sam reunited with KG, Cassell is going to make KG a Finals MVP.

It could happen. I can't see him being the regular season MVP though. He was my pick early on and I suppose it could still conceivably happen but I think the fact he's one of three All-Stars on the Celtics and he's not having his most impressive season statistically speaking will ultimately work against him.

yeah i dont think kg can be called the season mvp, not considering how other players have played for thier teams. the celts were expected to do good while teams like the lakers were not
