Playing online with updated files and roster...

Hi.
I'm really bored playing against the computer, and me and my friends have alot more fun when playing online.
The problem is that when we play online (Direct connection), the roster and all the files (like hot spot "map" of each player and etc.) is like the one which comes with the game.
We all have roster update installed (RR4 by Albys) but still it plays with the old one.
Is the any way to make all the updates be available when playing online?
I'm ready to do anything for this...

You'll need to copy the files from Albys' updated into the database folders (workingdb, originaldb, etc).

Which files exactly?
Because in the gameplay patch it says to copy these 3 folders to My Documents..... but it's about game play only....
Which files should I copy and to which location to have (when playing online) updated roser, and hot spots "map" if possible...?

You should copy the files from the roster save folder into the database folders (originaldb, currentdb, workingdb). It's a good idea to make a backup of those database folders first so you can easily restore them if something goes wrong, particularly originaldb.

We (me and my friend) copied the files from database\originaldb (gameplay patch) to:
D:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 08\database\OrigDB

But it's still old rosters and hot spots and everything else....
so I guess i made something not as should be done......
Can you please explain me what folders/files from where exactly to where exactly should I copy?

If you want to use an updated roster, you'll need to copy the dbf files from its save folder to the origDB and originaldb folders.
