As i wrote you should get jonthefon which have Real Shoes Patch included and cyberfaces too. Next update in friday will be with CF's and portraits.

Actually, you should download Real Shoes 4.5 on "08 announcements", and then install it

jonthefon, is the RS 4.5 from 08 compatible with 2005? if yes, does it work well?

It works well with for example my roster, but you will have pink reflections on courts. (on the floor)

I tested it. Nice roster. I only had a quick look but I found some mistakes.

Jeremy Richardson plays for the Hawks, not Heat.
New York has J. Jordan on the roster who isn't there anymore. Besides, W. Chandler is missing.
S. Augmon plays for Denver -> ??

Yeah i may miss some role players.
