I really think it would be Lebron... Come to think of it, his draft mates, Melo and D-Wade have got their covers, so he is the logical choice..

honestly after that allstar weekend, i dont see how live or 2k can not put dwight on a cover. but i think he's on the new nba ballers so who knows.

lebron james will likely pose for sony's nba09 or the 2k series..ea sports gets the superstars but not the best among those superstars..so dwight howard is the best pick for the next title..lebron on 09 would be surprising..

Prolly not LeBron even though Wade and Melo got theirs.
Cause LeBron has too many endorsments already.
But I still think he MIGHT be on the 09 cover..
Other thoughts are CB4, Brandon Roy, D12, Paul Pierce, AI, Baron etc.

Excuse me ? Kobe ? Even though he isn't in my top 10 or near it, he is in the list of 5 best players in the NBA right now.

Other than that, I would actually like to see CP3 on the cover a lot. Maybe Allen Iverson, who has the rights to be my favourite player ? LeBron James could be it, Dwight Howard also. Deron Williams, Steve Nash, Brandon Roy ofcourse, who could actually be rated as high as players like.. well, rated high, although he isn't a showballer.

My vote goes for CP3, and AI.

Durant's probably a good guess as well, given that he was on the cover of March Madness 08. Melo also appeared on the cover of NBA Live the year after appearing on the March Madness cover.

Garnett's already been used though, for NBA Live 2001. They've yet to repeat a cover player so that probably rules him out.
