I think Andrew won't even go near EASports studios. . .there are a lot of bogus out there that he not carry all the craps!

BTW, Andrew please release you're next roster patch. I'm using 3 rosters right now, NLSC = good for Direct IP game, Webberf1 = good for aesthethic view and Alby's likely the best from the 3.

Thanks!

It'll be out once it's done. Currently I'm targeting this weekend to release updates for both 08 and 07 with the latest trades and updated All-Star Weekend rosters.

Yeah baby. It's hammer time EA. They're finally going to have to fight for its PC customers. As opposed to putting out shit year in and year out. I'd buy 2K9 on PC just to spite these EA bastards who've taken my cash for 12 years running. (probably 6 of those 12 years featured unplayable games)

You can't be sure about 2K9. If they would release it in Current-Gen then they're doom!

Has a PC release for 2K9 actually been confirmed, or are they still just referring to "multiple platforms"?

I don't think EA is interested in porting the 360 version to pc..

and 2k said "multiple platforms", and you cannot be sure that pc is included..

believe me, buy a console like x360, and enjoy the game.

Consoles are for kids!

And I have a hunch that they would release it to PC too. Back then they said it in a very specific manner. Wherein only for PS2-3/360, now it's multiple platforms. . .you think they would release it in gameboy ds? Or PC?

The question is. . .will they release it in Next-Gen or not?
Because if they would not release NBA 2K9 in Next-Gen then they're doomed! As for NBA Live 09! And damnation for us, consumers!

I wouldn't go that far, but they're definitely not ideal for a community with a passionate modding culture.

I have to agree. How do you play first person shooters on those things? I mean, how do you aim with a thumb stick? Not to start a console vs. pc thread but the mods, upgradeable graphics cards, downloadable patches, free online gameplay, price (no added cost over a computer that I need for other stuff anyway), cheaper add ons like joysticks and wheels, mouse accuracy, make it a no brainer for me.

I definitely prefer first person shooters and of course NBA Live on the PC but I still think the "consoles are for kids" mantra is a bit of a stereotype as there are certainly console games that aren't intended for kids or games for all ages that aren't necessarily "kiddie".
