How do you upload rosters into nba live 06?

I know its probably very simple but im having trouble getting these updated rosters ive downloaded to work on the game.
can sum1 please help me?

They go in your My Documents/NBA Live 06/saves/Roster Name/ folder. Once you put them there, start the game up and load the rosters.
