Bands not showing

Postby Shots on Mon Feb 18, 2008 7:22 pm

Recently I realised that all sweatbands, shooter-sleeves and pads didn't show up in the game, and I'm not really sure what's the reason for it. I remember installing some arm-sweat patches that was in a WebberF1 mod, and would think these are the reason for the bands not showing - But when I removed the files from the sgsm folder, nothing had changed.

I've got following patches/mods installed: NLSC Update, ILT v. 1.0, Gameplay by Kris (and a mod with loads of sigshots/go-to-moves by WebberF1 (I believe)). I've also got courts, players, jerseys, but I can't really see how these can influate the missing bands.

Anyway, does anyone else have this problem - and does anyone have a solution to fix it? I know reinstalling is a possibility, but I've reinstalled this game loads of times already, so would rather sort the problem without.

It's definitely a problem with the game. Glen released a fix for it however, check out his announcement thread in the Releases & Previews section.

The only thing I found in his topic was a fix to add the sleeves to the game, but that isn't the problem I've got. The pads, bands, sleeves etc. were in the game, but suddenly they disappeared. I can add/remove them from each player, but they do not show.

I might have missed something, but I guess you referred to the sleeve fix. If not, I'll take a look again. Thanks for the answer anyhow :)

Look for a plrdetails.fsh in you sgsm directory. If you find it, rename it so the game doesn't recognize it, just in case it isn't the problem.
