How to edit with NBA Live Parser?

Hi,

I'm from Lithuania. In my language is symbols:
english letters anda ąčęėįšųū.
If I use ąčęėįšųū letters.
if text is Jasikevičius, then in game meniu show:
Jasikeviius.

Then not show ąčęėįšųū letters.
I see sometime russish letters, then is all symbols in bmp file...

What I need do?

U can't. Cirillic letters were specially cut out by me, 'cause I made this program for my friends and me for translating game into Russian first of all.

What I need do?
