how can i add texture to a jersey,and that on a jersey still stay those curves,wrinkles, vision of elastic belt on shorts etc.?

Please don't triple post next time. People will reply when they get a chance.

Several jersey makers have released textures and templates for jersey creation. I'm sorry I don't have a link handy.

Once you have the texture, it needs to be blended properly using either multiply, screen, or overlay. I'm sure it's a bit more complicated then that, though.
