My game crashes, can't even start to play

Hello!

I thought it was a problem of the unofficial patches, but i unistalled the game and deleted all archives. I installed it again and... The Same! Crashes down.

Then i thought it could be a problem of directx drivers, and i updated it to the last version. Result: It still crashes!


I need help, please

What are your PC's specs? Are any error messages displayed when the game crashes?

i'm using a laptop: packard bell (with intel centrino duo 2x1.86ghz, 1 gb ram, graphics: ati mobility radeon x1600)

it appears an error, yes, after crashing. that windows' error (which allows to send it to microsoft anonymously)
