Game crashes prior to starting a new Dynasty

When i try to create a new Dynasty a Error Message box appears which states:
CODEBASE ERROR
Error #: -70
Error #: 91102
Reading File
dfile...()
APPEARANCE

When i click ok another message box appears
CODEBASE ERROR
Error #: -935
Error #: 94001
Null Input Parameter unexpected d4field

Followed by an information message box
NBA LIVE 08: nbalive08.exe - Fatal Application Exit
EXITING APPLICATION

If anyone has come across a similar problem and could assist me in solving this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you modified the databases in any way? In any case, I'd suggest deleting the dbf files in the workingdb folder (My Documents\NBA Live 08\database\workingdb) or replacing them with the original files. You might also want to try a fresh install of the game.
