I am 100% positively sure that Dahl's Next Gen Practice Gym is compatible with NBA Live 08. Just follow the instructions need to convert the Practice Gym to be compatible for NBA Live 07.
If you are unable to find the instructions, then just rename all the files with "pgym" to "prac" and it shall work.
