Im tired of 2K8, So Im getting Live.

OK I have always been a basketball fan and as a fan I want to play a NBA game. I always use to be a Live fan but after Live 07, I decided to take a chance and buy 2K7, and it worked out good. Then 2K8 came out and they downgraded the game tremendously. It has so many flaws and stupid glitches that piss me off and make me want to brake it.
So I want to play something more realistic and I played the Live demo, seen some reviews, but before I buy it I have a couple of questions you guys might be able to answer for me.

1. Is it true that you dont need to time your shot, you just hold the shoot button and according to their % it will go in.

2. How is the online like, is there a lot of lag and other annoying issues.


3. Who else thinks that Dwight Howard will be in the cover of 09?


If you can, help me out , if not then I guess I will have to go buy NBA 08 for the PS3.

I got both. I played like for a while, but it's nothing like 2k8. 2k8 is just more consistent
