I cant load my rosters into dynasty mode

You can't load a custom roster into a Dynasty game in progress. If you want to play a Dynasty with a custom roster, you'll need to load the roster from the main menu and then start a new Dynasty game. Make sure you select "No" for the 2007 Draft option.
