With .dbf files editing.And since it's chrismas tomorow,I will explain everything:
Go to your saves then any rosters folder,and inside of it,you have teamgear.dbf.You can open it with DB Commander,witch you can download in downloads database,on this site.Then go to downloads database again,and find team or teamgear editing in 07 part of the site.Then find team IDs there too,and at the end collor numbers,again on the same place.So:
Open teamgear with DB Commander,find denver ID,then jerseys id(I mean,home and away),and in the collor column past the values from collor numbers(IDs).In all three columns.Then start the game,and load the rosters.I pasted gold collor on denver away jerseys,and white for home.That is what they used then.For example.
