Strengths: Knows his NBA. Active poster in General Talk since having discovered it after a year of being in this fourm. Apparently has learned not to make any shitty posts.

Weaknesses: Unfortunately, turns around and makes a shitty PM. Also fails to reconize that an internet forum is not the best place to share your sex life.

Outlook: If he posts as consistently as he did in the last few days, could become one of the more contributing members of this community. If Jae didn't ban him for making that PM.

Strengths: NLSC's resident poet. Doesn't hurt that his poems are actually amusing. Always contributes in his own way. One of the (if not the) funniest poster I have ever seen, let alone this forum.

Weakness: He stole my Christmas!

Outlook: He can be great, if he isn't already.

Strengths: Posts everywhere, not just in one section. Seems to make posts that lead to something funny happening, wehter that be good or bad, I don't know.

Weaknesses: His e-scent seems to attract Dwyane alot. His sig is the reason I have bad eyesight.

Outlook: Change signature. Please.

Shannon

Strengths : Constistent posts, always on point and can reply to anything without going offtopic in a bad way. Likes older NBA Live game mechanics and has posted a Live 2005 dynasty, being one of the biggest updating 'powers' for the game. Doesn't seem to create trouble with anybody.

Weaknesses : Doesn't show his personality that much when posting, isn't that easily recognizable, although all that might not be a weakness. Scary sig and Durant don't match.

Outlook : Due to his clean-cut posting style a good choice for future moderator considerations. A consistent contributer for years to come.
