I think they should should just discontinue live for PC. Its become a sad game to have, but hopefully another series will make it to the PC thats worth playing.

PC Live players have their way of getting used to EA's bugs. When you get past them, the patchers here do the rest of the job to make the game visually more impressive than EA could have ever imagined Live could be. Theres a limit to how much the graphics can enhance the overall experience of the game. I mean, sure, the jerseys are moving..players look super realistic...but does it all really matter if ppl are STILL not given control over their shots? I read in the console version it doesnt matter if you tap the shoot button or keep it pressed for 5 mins its still going to execute the same shot.

Bottom line, even if Live 09 is 'graphically' next gen...we're still gonna have a very buggy Live game with crappy gameplay.

If the Xbox 360/PS3 version had been ported to the PC, I would have found that more than satisfactory as I much prefer it to the PC version as it stands today. The issue with loading times and the disappearing player icon are a downer, however.

i like the idea but don´t think anyone can do something about it.
08 is out now for about 3 month and ea never managed to release a fix for the biggest problems (stats in dynasty, rebounding,.....). and they didn´t do anything although andrew and other guy´s send them list´s with patch requests and so on.

i like your idea but do you realy think under these cicrumstances it will have any efect on ea´s decision

I'm 99.9% confident that NBA Live 09 for the PC will be next-gen, and might even feature something PC friendly.

^^^^I was actually feeling the same way but anybody who is just getting by with no video card should be trying to save up this summer!!!
