Rim Sound

hello, i'm new here, and please don't give me a warning :lol:

i have a question, is it possible to change the sound when the shoot is missed and the ball crashes the rim? I like the 2k7 sound. Plz Answer

yeah, it's possible! but i don't know howto do that

i'm sure that there is a rim sound file! u could, probably replace the sound with another one from different ver. of live! i guess!

you can use the past sounds of nbalive like the rim sound of nbalive 2005 till 2007 :mrgreen:

Yep, I prefer those sounds in that post I use them, they are good. From nba 2005 I believe.

WebberF1, yes, the rim sounds very good. Dunk sound is horrible, like someone was shooting with a cannon and the sound on end of 1/4 is too short.

So my suggestion is that someone who know how to do that, makes a new sound effect for the game!

That is 2004 replays sound.And it's bad.
You can download sounds from nba live 2005 in the older nbas part of the forum,2004 patching and aiact file editing theme.Jaosming uploaded it. :wink:

goodlikesweeper, thank you very much! But this isn't the best sound. In 2004 sound: rim sound and net sound are AMAZING!!! So in this sound net and rim are OK, but the dunk sound is horrible: it sounds like the whole rim is from metal, but it isn't! It's COATED with plastic! (I think so, I'm not sure!)

So if anybody knows how to edit this new rim/dunk sound i beg him to make new sound effects, PLEASE!

mmm nice patch.. Tenks goodlikesweeper, for the link, and tenks JaoSming, for the patch, it is great I very like the sounds... But i wanna just one thing.. Plz mann return 08 block shot sound.. It's very realistic.. Plss man try something.. The patch is very good but BS sound not so... :cry:
