i've tested it and ...... it didn't work. :?
the 5 starters get tired sort of equally, but PG and SG never get out...
i even turn on the autosubs to see if the same happens to my players and it does.
Billups and Hamilton's bars were running out and still no subs. Btw I had to use the bench more because the fatigues wear out faster.

The positive is that one bug is gone, where the C and PF are replaced at the very begining of the game.

I think it actually does work - but just needs more tweaking as I said the roster patch section. Everyone try to adjust different sliders and settings - I used 9 minute quarters, auto subs, cpu sub frequency 50, low stamina, game speed 53.

Yeahh, fortunately I was wrong! it worked after I did what you said: cpu sub freq 50 and stamina effect on low.
I played as the Knicks (auto sub on) against the Warriors and the bench minutes were well distributed on both teams (8-min quarter), with exception of Azubuike playing one minute more then the starter Ellis.
I was down by 15 going into the 4th quarter and David Lee came hot off the bench to score 15 pts in that quarter and smartly Zach Randolph did not return!! But on the other hand, the Warriors played stupid. They had only one starter playing the last 2 minutes, so I was almost able to tie the game and lost by only 2 pts.
Using this patch along with Kris and Pdub's aiact the game is much more fun to play now.

This will work properly. . .about 90% correct.

I will post my next improvement of this fatigue/susbtitution issue this week as I want it to be perfect.

Deathbringer, maybe we can work-out this issue together.
I still have more ideas to improve it.

BTW, this fix has been also used in the "it's like that" by Clydeli/Ignatus/Kris.
