Wesley Snipes 16 Years in Prison?

I saw this in the paper today. The story is that he is going on trial in January for tax evasion and is facing upto 16 years in prison. Very sad to hear this since he is most probably my favourite actor.

as is always the case, the Government will go after the people that were "selling" the tax scheme to people and companies....I think it's likely the Accountants will get more time in jail than Wesley....

I decided to check back up on this and here's what I found. Not as serious as first thought.
