Damn you guys dominate in this, im in the Greek 2nd or 3rd league (will have to check that) and im the only SG on the team but still take screw all shots, might have to set my tendencies to "hog". I think im rate 17 or something.

I have the same problem as you Sauru, but when its a computer controlled team its a bit weird. I am a point or two above the other PG on my team but he gets like 25 minutes a game and shoots about 20% from the field, which is frustrating.

My contract with my team runs out on the 37th day of this season (currently the 22nd or 23rd day of the season) and I'm wondering once my current contract is up, what am I suppose to do. Please don't say the obvious and say "sign another contract." Am I suppose to go on the forums and spam it with advertising of myself looking for a team  , or will I be easily offered a contract by someone without me having to look for one?

We should make an NLSC team. It costs 1,000 cyberdunk points to create one, that's like $8.50AUS.

Zing.

My team (Kungsbacka Elves) is ripping it up in Sweden divison 3.
No loss so far.
We're dominating the division that it's not even funny anymore because my playing time goes down as the scrubs are now used mostly when we face an easy team.

Mofo, 'advertise' in the league/team you want to play. If no one wants you, you can always go to the Draft page so you can be automatically assigned a new contract and team. You could stay with your current team if they offer you a contract.

I'm all for it, and I'd chip in a buck or two; but I'm pretty sure my manager won't let me go very easily, so I'd probably drain the teams founds (even though I don't take any salary)..

*bump*

Well after leading the Sweden Division 3 in blocks, which earned me a lot of cash, my player is now in the Bahamas' 3rd league (Banana Rum). Damn former team didn't resign me after leading them to be upped to Sweden Division 2.

Currently, my character is sharing playing time with a very good PF, even though his rating is lower than mine. The player is averaging 22 ppg and 7.8 rpg. It's a logjam that's good for the team but irritating for my character's development, and stat incentives for that matter.

My team last season came third in the Sloevenian Division 2, earning us a promotion to Slovenian Division 1. I'm in a close fight for which point guard on our roster is supreme, as my rating and the other point guard's rating is exactly the same. He seems to be training at a faster rate than me though, so I think he's gonna pass me by the time my next training session is over. In regards to our season, we're currently ninth with a 4-3 record. The team that came first for Division 2 finished with an undefeated record, and is STILL undefeated in Division 1 play, with a 7-0 record right now  .

By the way, our manager doesn't give us a salary, gives us a dollar a day plus a dollar per win, and messages us good bets for us to gain money.

Currently playing Division 2 in New Zealand. I ended up being signed by a team that was controlled by a user instead of the CPU. We're 6th so far and the owner of the team has signed some pretty high ranked guys. I've been averaging about 25 points and 9 boards so far this season, but he's just signed another point guard whose about 2 points higher than me, so that'll probably mean my player will be regulated to backup point guard or something.

Currently amongst the leaders in scoring, but with the arrival of the new point guard my player most likely won't be playing as much (been playing about 45 minutes a game)

Does anyone know what exactly the "Morale" rating thing does? It's listed under the energy of the player under "My Crib" or something like that. Ever since I've started playing this, its been at "motivated" and hasn't changed. Also, in regards to attributes, what exactly does "confidence" do?

The confidence thing...since my last training session that increased my confidence rating, my shots all of a sudden went down. Weird. I'm playing absolutely horrible this season. I've had like one good game, and the rest have been garbage like 4 points and 1 or 2 assists. The other point guard on the team isn't fairing any better as he's doing pretty much the same thing (he's 0.3 higher than me), though he did have an alright game today, scoring 17 points.

I tried searching "Morale" on the forums and nothing came up. I'm tempted to start a thread, but I don't wanna get flamed at to find out that its something obvious or whatever.

Fuck. My team just lost, 159-20, in a Cup game. Our opponents are in division 1 (Golden Rum) in the Bahamas.
Worst loss ever. Horrendous.
We never reached double-digit scoring in all quarters.

Harsh. In our last cup game we won 156-12. They didn't score a point in the third quarter.

Tell me about it.
That's what happens when our 2nd best player is a playmaking center. The 3rd best player also the best scorer plays PF, same as the best player and best defender of the team, which is my character.

Hm... We got crushed 159-75 to the 2nd place team in the New Zealand Premier League... and my team's owner is making some very interesting decisions, like putting people at odd positions (me a 6'2 guard at power forward), and I haven't played in like 10 games... but I suppose that was due to happen when he loaded up on players.

We're 3rd in the New Zealand D2 right now

My team's doing alright, fourth in the Slovenian Division 1, but my guy has been doing complete crap this season (along with the other point guard). I mentioned that in this thread already once, but I'll say it again. Our star SG (owned by the manager) is scoring like 40 points a game and taking most of the shots (I can't blame him here, he's shooting at a very good percentage, plus he's the best player on the team), giving out more than 10 assists a game, and still manages to get almost a triple double a game when you include rebounds. Damn thats nice. Unfortunately, that has turned me and the other point guard to pretty much nothing but spot up shooters I think. The other point guard and I probably take around 2-4 shots each game (though we do make like 70% of our shots though  ). We're not even getting the assists either, even when I set my tactics to give it to the guys who score the ball most on my team (the starting SG and SF, occasionally the PF, the starting C just gets craploads of rebounds), and set playing style to "special team player". Yeah, our team's doing well, just wished my guy could be somewhat more involved in the offense.

Damn my team had a GREAT game, we win 246 - 0. Everybody got 10+ points in this game. I had 38 points, 5 assists and 10 rebounds
