I was using db commander but trial is over.

Use Microsoft Excel.. It works fine but a bit confusing for some..

I use Open Office, a free alternative to Excel, Word, Power Point ect. I have not corrupted any dbfs yet by using it but when I used to use excel I did corrupt a couple.

If all you want to do is edit values, DB Commander remains functional after the trial period is over. Some functionality is lost though, such as the import feature.
