NBA Live 08 Roster Update as of Nov. 15th/2007

I just downloaded it and added to my PS3 and when I go load it in game..theres no roster change, I don't even have Yi Jianlian on Milwaukee and the 3 players for Celtics? anyone know why? I went to MY NBA live 08 -> save/load/delete and loaded it but nothing changes? anyone know why?

because the rosters are accurate as of 11-03-07, minus the international players (JC Navarro, Scola, Yi)
