What web? I don't understand, but the antialiasing and anisotropic filtering options should be in your video card settings. You shouldn't need another program to set them.

If you open your Forceware control panel, under the 3D options you'll have the various graphic settings you can force. You should be able to enable AA and AF there, you can even create a profile just for that game in particular. That's what I did, but strange thing is the "EA Sports" intro and team logo screen are now blank ever since I did that, not sure why... :?
