Trade-Info and Player Rotation/Reorder Roster fixes

The file from NBA Live 07 fixes the problem in 08 with not being able to see salary info at the trade players screen. Now, at the bottom right corner there is a "view player" and a "trade info" button.

Download this file and extract it to your sgsm directory. You will need winrar to extract the file from the archive.

Here are the Reorder Roster and Player Rotation screens. Each link contains both files in their respective folders inside a RAR archive that can be extracted with WINRAR to the sgsm directory. Only choose one of the files based on what you want to see.

What if I were to say I can replace the inactive list screen with the regular reorder roster screen? Tested and working. Props to JaoSming for coming up with the idea. He tried the player rotation menu, but it only showed starting percentages.

I had the same thought that maybe there's a way to bring back player lock.

The control losing focus problem still exists. At the beginning of many games, despite having the controller on my team, there is no control. I have to go back to select sides and click on the controller then ok to enable it.

This is not fixable in the slam dunk contest or three point contest. Despite having the controller on my man, there is no control, and there's no way to go into controller selection once the three point contest begins.

Please don't make this a "please fix this bug" thread, thank you. If I find any other technical bug fixes they will be posted here. As for the player lock feature, if the feature is still coded into the game but the controller select screen just doesn't have the option for it, then maybe it's fixable.
