enter a game or 1v1 or practice, load something then goto edit player and see if that works.

Lol, that happens to all players i edit. They look nice in-game but on edit they all have random faces, like Wade looking like he's 50.

It's fairly common and can be annoying but it doesn't affect gameplay and resolves itself so it's easier to put up with than other issues.
