Doesnt seem to be any widescreen res, graphics are pretty much same as last year, plays a little different tho, much like my psp version, only played 5 mins so far so ill let you know in a bit further thoughts

heres a quick screenshot, res is 1400 something, as you can see fat because no widescreen.

Literally on my 10th minute, game is pure arcade so far, an absolute dunkfest, much better than 07, but dont expect a sim

Oh Dear, just restarted on allstar, you can have shaq run the point, run full court, drive past everyone and dunk

Lol just restarted on superstar, its just as easy, toronto are rated at 78, miami 91, after they score, i give it to shaq at the point, run the floor, round everyone and dunk, EVERYTIME, its embarrassing, dont waste your time with this game, its like it was made for a 5yr old.The ease of it ruins it.

went back to 06, played miami vs toronto, not only does it look better and play better, its actually fairly difficult (hadnt touched a live game since last years 07 which i played for 30 mins then uninstalled), stick to 06.

Widescreen looks ok, the overlay is not stretched like it would be, but the players are.

Maybe you will have more fun if you play basketball instead of running the floor and dunking with Shaq.

lol, I dont know where to start, I play 2k8 on 360, I love sim basketball, point is it should be hardest to run the floor with shaq, its easier with everyone else!As it stands the game is a joke.

Man same old lame bullshit.

Seriously, what are the MAJOR differences which actually made ppl appreciate EA's effort between Live 06, 07 and 08? NONE! With all this 'next-gen' console hype... developers just dont seem to give a shit about PC anymore (and im talking about developers making multiplatform next gen titles but giving PC gamers last-gen graphics/gameplay)

Same shit with FIFA 08...minor differences in gameplay but nowhere near Winning Eleven. Sometimes I wish 2K would just make it on the PC..or Konami develope a bball game for the PC. that would be sweet!!

By reading the review posted by Tuomas for the Ps3, even that had alot of problems. So ill assume there are more bugs on the PC version. Liking the widescreen support and the new Press Box camera though. Well, I guess ill just wait for mods to make this game more interesting to look at atleast.

Well, that kinda sucks, I don't really wanna play with weird inflated players...
Goddamn, if I can't play it at 1680x1050, I'm not sure I'll buy the game... :(

There are no "go to moves." Simply automated freestyle moves.
