actually i'm thinking maybe Pacers, Hawks, Bobcats, Bucks and Kings; i don't want any previews of when the league's BIG freight trains come rollin' into town!

I hope you beat the Big 3. It will be hard though. Kobe can take Pierce and Allen!

Kobe can't handle Pierce 1 on 1 at ALL times how in the hell do you think Kobe can handle Pierce AND Allen?

Good luck though? [Celtics fan...]

Crittenton will start, Braynt wont play.

Kobe Bryant will miss the Lakers' pre-season opening match against the Celtics..
Kobe's back has been bothering the past week and he's going be in a suit for the Celtics game..

Also, Javaris Crittenton will start tomorrow against the Celtics..
He will be sharing time with Derek Fisher, Jordan Farmar and Sasha Vujacic.

Sorry for the delay.. I've been on vacation away from home, o haven't had the time..

Will update the Celtics game, once I'm home..

I want to make the Bryant trade as realistic as possible.. So i cant trade him for Gordon/Deng/Thomas/Noah. And Magic Johnson said the Bulls trade wont happen.

So there are some possibilities..

1) Arenas-Kobe trade (+ Some fillers..)
2) Trade Jermaine O'Neal to the Lakers.. (Odom+Bynum)
3) Some other trade..

I'll to the trade, once pre-season completed..

Please post your ideas..

Well, since I'm a Laker fan, the second scenario is my fave...

agree w/Pursuer - i'd keep/build around KB24

imho in 'real life' Bryant's the only thing interesting about the Lakers and once he's gone i won't be interested in what remains; i'll be busy following the new team he goes to and seeing how they do

i'd try build a westcoast 'Big three' ala Kobe, Jermaine and AK-47 since he was getting punked so hard in Utah; usually a west-west trade is less likely but since D-Will/Boozer are their future, Jazz might be willing to go for it and Lakers would definitely be back in business with that triple-threat

I love Kobe. I love the Lakers. So my view would be keep Kobe of course. However, if you wanna make this more realistic... if Kobe is traded in the impending days, then go ahead with a trade.

What I'm going to do is maybe do the same trade as in real life... What you think?

Really weird stats, don't know why, but I don't remember the last time I saw a team to achieve only 8 assists in an NBA game... Despite that this was a big win against the Lakers' old rivals, I'd love to see this being repeated during the season... Good luck!
