Having a high number of comments (162 as of this post) should be a good indicator of 'activity' within the comments.

We here in the NLSC community should all be aware now that idiots do not need to register in the forums to post illegal stuff that break the NLSC rules. They can post the illegal stuff as comments in the main page.

We've been banning IP addresses from posting news comments and deleting/editing comments as well. One can only imagine how many more similar posts there'd be in the Forum if we allowed guest posting and didn't enforce a rule against it.
