you can upload your rosters onto EA Locker so people can download them (as bodybump mentioned before)
to get to EA Locker...

go to xbox live (in game)
go to my nba live 08 online
view EA Locker
upload your roster file
and make it public (i think...)
then anybody should be able to download it.

but if we have to be on your friends list first before we can download it, then my xbox live handle is gavin vandraven so please add me if its necessary. add everybody.

I'm going to send the file to someone who has XBOX Live and then they can add people to their friends list.

Most likley it'll be Pastapadre since he's very helpful with these things. I would get hundred of friends request and I don't go online very often.
