adding cyberface - problem

Can someon make a tutorial for making a new cyberface? I don't mean editing the old one like updating Rasheed Wallece face, Jason Collins hair etc but making completly new one. I was trynig make my own cyberface using tutorials on nba-live.com and advices from many of you here on the forum, and only I got is a player with "default" face who can't wear a headband or glasses with default hairstyle and only a bitmap with my face on it. Can someon help me out? Please...
