AcB 07/08 for Nba 05

Hi, I´m Sergio, from Spain. I´m making a patch for the NBA Live 2005 which contain all ACB´s teams (First Spanish league), 6 Euroleague´s teams (CSKA, Maccabi, Olimpiakos, Panathinaikos, Efes Pilsen and Benetton) and 6 LEB´s (The spanish second league) teams (Lleida, CAI Zaragoza, Etosa Alicante, Bruesa,Tenerife y Breogán). This patch contains too with all the courts, jerseys, portraits, cyberfaces of the players. I want to know, if it were possible, how to play a dynasty mode with the created teams, because the game close itself when I try to start that mode, so I ask your help to solve this problem.
