Cannot edit task points

Hello everyone
Since I am playing my Dinasty with 6 minutes per game, I would like to edit the task points so they are easier to achieve. I have edited the tasklist.dbf file in my saves folder but whenb I go into the game nothing changes. Checked the file again and it definetely has the adjusted values, but the game does not read it.
Has anyone managed to get this to work? It is pretty hard to get any points unless you play 12 minutes per quarter.

Sorry. I meant to create this in the 2005 general and not announcements. Can someone please move it there?

No worries, moved. 
I believe you have to update the tasklist.dbf file in all the database folders as well (originaldb, workingdb, currentdb etc) for it to work properly.
