In Game Saving

Any word on that ?
I might start the Scenario Center again (the old skool dudes here will know what I'm talking about ;))

If I can play a 12 minute quarter game without it being a total shootout, then Im probably gonna need the in game save. But I haven't heard anything about it thus far.

pssssss..... Scenario centre.... now we're talking.... I wonder how many of us old schoolers (www.TASsoft.com, remember??) browse this forum...

Man, I missed playing 10 minute quarters in Live 2000 pc. It felt like a real game and subbing actually meant something. I could stop and pick up where I left off. Since the PC users don't have EA bio function, I hope they add the in game save. I would be estatic if they had it--but it won't make or break the game for me.

Yes, ingame saving adds a chance for playing in a realistic way, specially with the subs. Anybody knows if they added it????

Hasn't been mentioned, but then again I don't think it was mentioned in the previews of NBA Live 98 either (that was the first year with in-game saves). I'm guessing it isn't in the game.

Hey it's nice that some people remember my work :)
Yeah that Bulls @ Jazz Game 6 one was one of the most fun IMHO, together with 1993 Game 6 (Paxson for three).

I think enjoyed it making them as much as you did playing 'em.

Aaaaaaaaah memories :)

But seems like it won't be in this year ...
Oh well, maybe 2005 :)
Got my hands full with my site anywayz ;)

Having been a long time watcher of the boards and the site... I miss those games... and I think Madden even jumped the idea a couple years ago, they had scenarios...

And I am so happy to see people who can spell "scenario"

EA might even put in a scenario game mode like Madden. Madden also has in-game save. And in Madden (I feel like such a groupie  ) you unlock the different scenarios by playing the min-camp drills (training camp drills) and getting high scores.

Funny you should mention that. NBA Live 2000 was supposed to have a scenario mode, but it never materialised. Fortunately we had in-game saves, so with a little work we could still create scenarios.

Could the in-game save be the secret of EA that people have been speculating on?
