converting add ons from 07 to 08

Postby Bob Monkeyson on Wed Aug 15, 2007 12:58 pm

Can add ons from live 07 such as jerseys, courts, scoreboards, cyberfaces, etc. be added to live 08? Or do we have to have the game to really find out?
I pretend to work. They pretend to pay me.

We need the game. I am guessing alot of patches from 07 should work on 08. I hope they redo the jerseys like they were in 06 I was just getting into jersey making when 07 came out but making them for 07 seemed like a pain so I never made any.

we wont know until we get our hands on the game.

We have been lucky as of late, and from looking at the Wii screenshots, they are still using the same engine. So we just have to wait and see.
Opinions are my own.

Recent history would suggest it's quite likely we'll be able to use them with a little conversion but as already mentioned we won't know for sure until we have the game. If alphas/lighting are the same, we might be able to use face patches (along with portraits) without any conversion.
